Privacy Information

Your personal information is protected by law, including the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Personal information is information or an opinion about an identified, or reasonably identifiable, individual. The Department of Health and Aged Care (the Department) is collecting personal information from you via Citizen Space. We will collect this information at the time that you submit your registration. The registration is for the purpose of attending a consumer webinar on 10 December 2024.

To protect privacy, please do not include personal information about another individual (third party).

Some questions, such as your name and email address, are required. If you do not provide all required personal information, you will not be able to submit your registration.

How will this information be used?

Submitted registrations will be provided to the Office of Health Technology Assessment’s Consumer Evidence and Engagement Unit (CEEU). The CEEU is providing administrative support for this event, including reviewing all submitted registrations, advising each of their eligibility to attend the webinar, and providing the meeting link and any updates/reminders on the webinar to eligible registrants.
